How do our shipments work?
If you chose in-stock products, you will receive your package tracking code by email within 24 hours and you will receive it in 1 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
If you chose a Made To Order item, you will receive your package tracking code within 5 to 10 business days.
If you selected the Showroom collection option, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information to collect your package.
How do exchanges and returns work?
The entire Liz Campos team works diligently to provide you with the best possible quality and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it and receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and, in some cases, payment platform fees) within 3 business days.
The only condition for an exchange or return is that the product be sent back to our showroom and be undamaged. Refunds are not applicable to promotional or made-to-order items.
