What payment methods are available?

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, ShopPay, and bank deposit. All payment methods are approved instantly, except for bank deposits, which are approved up to 8 hours after submitting proof of payment.

Why was my payment declined?

Contact your bank if your payment is declined or cancelled.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your payment receipt is available in your account, under Order History. If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be emailed along with your confirmation. To request an invoice, please send your complete tax information , CFDI usage , and proof of payment to hello@lizcamposmx.com. You will receive your invoice within 24 hours.
